The x-ray fluorescence microscopy beamline offers a range of x-ray fluorescence techniques at micron and submicron length scales using the KB mirror microprobe and zone-plate nanoprobe respectively. The energy range enables K-shell spectroscopy of elements from scandium to silver.
- SXFM - Scanning x-ray fluorescence microscopy
- XRF-μCT - X-ray fluorescence micro-computed tomography
- XANES - X-ray absorption near-edge structure - single point (Vortex) and
mapping mode (Maia) for oxidation-state fingerprinting.
- DPC - Differential phase contrast imaging of low-Z ultrastructure
