The third Cheiron Synchrotron School will be held at SPring-8 in Japan from 2 to 11 November 2009. The school is held annually under the auspices of the Asia-Oceania Forum for Synchrotron Radiation Research (AOFSRR).

Major symposium with events of interest to synchrotron scientists, including Advances in X-Ray/EUV Optics V and Components and Developments in X-Ray Tomography VII.
